I have a transcriptionist certificate, through Type Whizz. I am in the process of doing more courses to better equipe myself in the field of Transcription.

I have previous experience in data capturing, Correcting Spelling and improving grammar at UDEA a game developing and streaming company.

I also possess strong proficiency in the following:

•   Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access (including VBA basics), and Outlook.

•   Industry-Specific Systems: Signio (vehicle finance online program) and CRM (vehicle sales management system) I am quick to adapt to and master company-specific management programs.
