Achievements:
• In the absence of a formalised system, single-handedly designed, created, tested, and launched the troubleshooting project which tracks household participation and ensures enough qualifying households for daily processing. This project grew into a semi-automated process using SQL queries, Excel macros and advanced Excel formulas. The project expanded into the remaining 11 markets, leading to an indispensable tracker over time.
• Integral contributor to the redesign of a new database management system specifically designed to manage the DStv-i panels. This involved process mapping, spec design, defining requirements for coding and testing. -
