I hold an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality from the International College of Hotel Management and have gained extensive hands-on experience in both administrative and customer service roles. In my previous roles as Assistant Entertainment Manager and Hotel Administrator aboard ships, I built a solid foundation in administrative tasks, including coordinating staff, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth operations. I became proficient in various administrative software tools, enabling me to quickly adapt to any system.
I also developed expertise in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service. My ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, while staying focused, has allowed me to thrive in fast�paced environments, remain organized, and meet deadlines consistently. During my time in customer service for an online company, I further honed my skills in communications, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
