6. Refund Policy

Due to the intellectual property contained within the Typewhizz platform, we offer a 70% money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• The customer has not completed more than 50% of any course within the platform.
• The refund request is made within 7 days of enrolling in the platform.

If both conditions are met, customers may be eligible for a 70% refund of the enrollment fee. Refunds are not available for customers who have completed more than 50% of the course or who request a refund after the 7-day period.

To request a refund, please contact Typewhizz customer support with your order details and reason for the request.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the approval of the request. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
